What you will do...

Can you take something complex, figure out how it all hangs together, and then explain it in simple terms? Then this job might be for you. As a technical writer, you’ll drive the next generation of developer experience for PSPDFKit products.

Author and deliver the overall strategy for amazing technical documentation and continuously improve our developer experience metrics.
Write clear documentation, compelling tutorials, and blogs, and create engaging videos — all geared toward developer and technical audiences.
Plan and build developer onboarding materials such as inspiring tutorials, code samples, demo apps, explainer videos, and other technical articles.
Work with customer data, gather feedback, and drive your insights into content and product improvements.

About You...

2+ years of experience in software engineering or technical writing.
1+ year of relevant hands-on experience with developer-focused products, such as APIs and SDKs.
Some experience with programming and markup languages like JavaScript, HTML, and Markdown.
Great communication and technical writing skills.
A demonstrated ability to organize, sequence, and edit understandable documentation.
Experience with designing, planning, and delivering content projects for developers and technical audiences.
Experience and willingness to work together with many different teams.
A desire to advocate for a remarkable developer experience.
Experience with creating and editing video content.
Familiarity with the OKR process.
